International Trademark - Community Trade Mark

The Community Trade Mark (CTM) system is administered by the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM).

The CTM system creates a unified trademark registration system in Europe, whereby one registration provides protection in all member states (see below) of the European Union. The registration is valid for a period of 10 years and may be renewed.
